General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the towing of caravans, boats, and cars on trailers. By utilizing our towing services, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
The trailer being towed must be in good condition and suitable for towing. Tyre's must be within dates and in good condition, wheel bearings must be checked and maintained if needed before pickup.
Insurance
We currently have a On Hook insurance up to the value of $150,000. Clauses can be added if the towed caravan, boats, etc are valued higher than the listed amount. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
Responsibility
The owner of the towed vehicle (caravan, boat, trailer , etc) is responsible for making sure it is within roadworthy condition and has been checked/ inspected within a reasonable time frame ( ie withing the last 2 months is preferable). Proof may be required before the job is started.
Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the towing process, including but not limited to damage to the towed vehicle, from any failure of parts from the towed vehicle (ie, suspension point fails, wheel studs snap, etc)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a 75% cancellation fee. Cancellations after booking will still require a 10% fee as this affects our ability to book other jobs. Cancellations from 48 to 24 hours before booking will still incur 50% fee, any cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will incur 75% fee as this affects other jobs and travel times. Fees may apply for no-shows or late cancellations or the load is found not to be ready/ suitable to be towed.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on our website or via direct communication where ever needed.
